The Aerth is Aura's wellness-led residential project in Sector 79, Gurugram, close to the Aravalli ridge. It is a compact estate: four towers on 4.6 acres, with homes that come fully finished, so you are not left fitting out a kitchen or wardrobes after possession.
There are two kinds of home. The 2.5 BHK with a store room is 1,350 sq ft, and the larger home, sold as a 3 BHK (two bedrooms plus a room for staff on the floor plans), is 1,750 to 1,780 sq ft. Every layout puts the living and dining space in the middle, wraps it in a 6-foot-deep balcony and pushes services to the edges.
Wellness is the whole pitch here. Aura says the project has 40+ amenities over about 40,000 sq ft, including a spa, cryotherapy, a health centre with an on-site nutritionist, yoga and meditation spaces, a wellness trail, pickleball and a juice bar. The lead architect is UHA London.
